The Old Groom’s Cottage is a cottage situated in Minster Lovell, Oxfordshire. It is set down a private drive in the grounds of the owners’ home and has been converted into a high quality holiday home. Internally, there is an open-plan living room with a flame effect fire and an attractive stone wall décor, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. There is one ground floor twin bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one first floor king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. To the rear of the property, there is an enclosed garden with a table, chairs and a barbecue provided. As the property is on a small-holding, there are some horses, chickens plus other animals on site. Ample off road parking is available.
